Our commitment
Jolly Yeti is committed to making SkedBolt usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with visual, hearing, mobility, speech, cognitive, neurological, learning, and other disabilities; people with chronic illnesses; and people who use assistive technologies.
We aim to provide equal access, effective communication, and reasonable modifications where required by applicable law. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability, perceived disability, use of an accommodation, use of a mobility or communication aid, or association with a person with a disability.
Standards and current status
We aim to draw on recognized accessibility guidance—including applicable platform accessibility guidance and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)—as references as the Service evolves over time.
SkedBolt has not been independently certified as fully conforming to WCAG, EN 301 549, the European Accessibility Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, or any other accessibility standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some screens or third-party content may not yet work fully with every assistive technology, text-size setting, color or contrast setting, switch-control method, voice-control method, keyboard, captioning need, or reduced-motion preference.
This statement describes our goals and current approach; it is not a warranty that every feature is accessible in every configuration.
Accessibility features and design practices
Where supported, we work toward compatibility with iOS accessibility features such as VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, Voice Control, Switch Control, sufficient color contrast, meaningful labels, alternatives to color-only meaning, clear focus and error messaging, and reduced-motion preferences.
We are committed to improving accessibility over time, to prioritizing core account and scheduling flows, and to considering accessibility when adding or changing features. Availability and quality may vary by screen, operating-system version, device, language, and third-party integration.
Known limitations
Known or possible limitations may include controls without complete assistive-technology labels; layouts that do not scale perfectly at the largest text sizes; complex calendars, maps, charts, photos, videos, or drag interactions that may lack equivalent alternatives; motion or animation that may not always honor every system preference; and content supplied by users or third parties that we do not control.
We do not rely on this list as exhaustive. If a barrier prevents you from creating an account, reviewing legal terms, managing privacy choices, scheduling, communicating, purchasing, canceling, or deleting your account, please contact us so we can work on an accessible alternative.
Accessibility feedback and reasonable accommodations
To report an accessibility barrier or request a reasonable accommodation, email support@skedbolt.com with the subject "Accessibility Request." Please describe the feature, screen, device, operating-system version, assistive technology, and the outcome you need. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical history.
We will review requests in good faith and provide a reasonable alternative or modification when required and reasonably available. Response times depend on the request's complexity. We will not retaliate against or penalize anyone for reporting a barrier or requesting an accommodation.
For urgent safety issues, use emergency services or another appropriate channel; this email is not an emergency service.
Disability and accommodation privacy
If you voluntarily provide disability, health, dietary, sensory, mobility, communication, service-animal, or accommodation information, provide only what is necessary for the feature or request. Do not include another person's sensitive information without their permission and a lawful basis.
We use accommodation-request information to respond to the request, improve accessibility, protect safety and security, and comply with law. We limit access to people and providers who need it for those purposes. Our broader collection, sharing, retention, AI, deletion, and rights practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not place sensitive accommodation or medical information in public event titles, posts, comments, profile fields, or AI prompts unless you understand and choose the applicable audience.
Third-party content and services
The Service may include user-generated content and integrations such as maps, venues, calendars, payment systems, sign-in providers, weather, AI, links, and operating-system controls. Their accessibility is controlled partly or entirely by third parties. Contact us if a third-party barrier blocks a core SkedBolt task; we will consider an alternative where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee or certify third-party accessibility.
Venue suggestions and user descriptions do not guarantee that a physical location is accessible or that an accommodation will be available. Confirm accessibility, transportation, seating, communication, sensory, dietary, service-animal, and other needs directly with the venue or event organizer before relying on them.
Changes and contact
We may update this statement as features, standards, and legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
